Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
